SOLENT RESCUE LIFEBOAT WITH TWIN MFS140A
We had the pleasure of supplying two brand new mfs140a outboards with counter rotating gearboxes for the back of a local independant lifeboat. We also took the opportunity to get some photo's and they decided to bring the coastguard along for a training session.

"Last year we suffered a serious engine fault with one of our old engines, and with tricky diagnostics and costly repairs needed we decided it was time to re-engine our main boat, Solent Rescue 1.
We considered all the options and decided on two Tohatsu 140 hp four stroke engines.
The continued support from all the team at locally based Tohatsu Marine has been amazing. 1 year on the engines have proven themselves to be powerful, fuel efficient and simple to maintain.
Turns out they look pretty smart too!"
